Xbox One/PS4 Sims 4 Keyboard and Mouse?

Is there going to be keyboard and mouse support for Sims 4 on Xbox one, as minecraft on xbox one now has keyboard and mouse support.

(Or is it possible already?)

The controls have frustrated me so much that I've put the game and haven't played it since around launch on the Xbox One -_- Frustrated that I spent so much money on it. Keyboard and mouse support would make a big difference please add it, the Xbox One is more than capable of it.

I brought sims for originally for my iMac and it didn’t support so therefore had to use ps4 very disspointed with the DualShock control, it’s not terrible but a mouse would be a lot easier when trying to select mutipul tasks, I’ve been a sims player since 2000 in the PS2, I only play in occaisly due to the issue i defiantly purschase expansion packs/ if I could play the game regularly.

I'm playing The Sims since the first game appeared for PC many years ago. I'm a huge fan and I was so excited to know the game was released for PS4, but let me tell you, the contoller is a pain in the... Having a keyboard and a mouse to play the game in a console is A MUST!

Did you find out if this was possible yet?! Just bought Sims 4 today and absolutely hate trying to use the Xbox remote with the game... Takes forever and is so difficult to navigate the game ☹️

Please, please, PLEASE add mouse support! I think that the controls for the xbox is the best that they can be, but even so, they are a bit awkward. If you added mouse support it would be so much easier.

I agree, I used to play Sims 3 on my Xbox 360 so I figured that I'd have no issues with the Sims 4. I've heard all the complaints about the controls and yet I still bought it anyways thinking that I could switch controls or use a keyboard and or mouse. In all honestly I miss the simpler controls on the sims 3.
