Xbox Player - Almost unplayable…

So the main issue really is when I’m playing, I will select another sim in my house hold, the wheel pops up, then I can’t actually select anything and I can’t exit out of the choices wheel (the circle of choices/action's you can do). This happens so often. I can’t barely use build mode because when I come out… happens again. Even worse when I come out of build mode. Unable to use anything. I cant even see the sim on the lower left hand side of the screen (the portrait of your played sim, there wants and current actions and future actions). 

Leading on from this, for the last 2 days (from today 07/10/2026)) my fine out pack has not worked. I go to a restaurant lot and I cannot select a table or request one. I cannot interact with the host station to get a table. When I click ok the tables, it is greyed out and says I need to request a table and that the table is not mine. Before these last few days, my restaurants were fine and I have already tried replacing them and it doesn’t fix it.

We're currently tracking a few different issues with in-game controls as well as issues with the host station, please select the bug report that best describes your issue and be sure to add your information to that open thread:

    You can also look over the Compiled list of reported issues if these threads don't accurately describe the issue you're currently seeing. If there isn't an active thread dedicated to the bugs you're experiencing in the link above, please go ahead and create a new bug report, one per each individual bug.
