Hi, having checked my system storage and I've used 46.3%. After checking the system with xbox support all indication is the issues lie with the Sims 4 game not my console. My console connectivity is very good. So that suggests the EA connection is more then likely the issue. Could that be escalated as a possible issue please?
Also my saves have corrupted twice after updates now. Can that please be logged?
