[XB/PS] DLC pop-up stuck on screen
I just purchased and installed new packs on my PS5, the new dlc info pops up and I can't back out of it without fully closing my game. None of the button commands work.

I am trying to play sims 4 on my PS4 and for some reason when I start the game up, the pack information panels won't go away. I tried to create a new game and when I did the panels were still there. I've tried to restart the game and my PS4 but nothing is working
@Thedog221 Yeah I think it’s a glitch that I don’t think they have a fix for yet, that’s why they’re not saying anything. I don’t know what’s going on.
