The Sims 4 no longer launches with mods enabled

Hi, the sims no longer starts with the mods active in the game (it says the app is not responding), I tried to delete the non-working mods, I already tried to make a new electronic arts file, I already tried cleaning the caches, I even tried to put mod by mod in the folder and initially it opened and then no more, once I wanted to wait to see if it would open and it did after 40 minutes...I've been trying to fix it for weeks but nothing.

What can I do?
