What is inside the Electronic Arts folder you successfully move to the external drive, can you post a screenshot please.

If you are copying the move command from my guide, substituting the name of my external drive for yours, and you have stated the folder successfully moves, then it is moving the correct folder from the correct location. Any other folder is not the correct one and the command would not move it.
