alyssaswan14 Ok.  If a new Electronic Arts/ The Sims 4 folder is being created when you launch the game it means the symlink is broken. Can you post a screenshot showing the symlink Electronic Arts folder in the Documents folder please.

      alyssaswan14 Great. If you double click on that folder to open it where does it take you? Please post a screenshot. And then open the folder and please post a screenshot of the contents.
