alyssaswan14 Great. If you double click on that folder to open it where does it take you? Please post a screenshot. And then open the folder and please post a screenshot of the contents.

      alyssaswan14 thanks but as before it needs to be the whole Finder window clearly showing the path bar at the bottom. I have no idea of the location of your screenshot otherwise.
