okay so basically, my mods weren’t working after i connected my external hard drive. and i looked it up on here and it said i needed to format the drive so i did. what i failed to do is to remove the EA folder off before i formatted it. now its gone. i cannot run the game at all, ive tried to delete it and reinstall and ive tried to update the game. literally nothing works please help me
078280 Yes, if you delete the symlink and the game opens, you'll have a new Electronic Arts folder with a new Sims 4 folder inside. You can then create a new symlink and go back to your previous setup.
