Add ons/Expansion Packs

 I had paid and downloaded the Sims 4 Cats and Dogs expansion pack in August of 2024, but when the game just recently updated (for what i'm assuming is the 25th anniversary update? I hadn't played for a while before trying in late January/early February of this year (2025). Suddenly the game is claiming I have not purchased it and it's not in my purchase history. I clearly have downloaded it before, and have screenshots. All of my saved games have the cats and dogs pack on it, so they won't let me access it. How would I be able to have saved games with the pack if I haven't purchased it? Lol. Purchased directly from the EA app too. I'm on a Macbook Pro M1 chip. Anyone else having this issue? EA help page has been absolutely no help whatsoever and I can't get any support. I've been trying for weeks now.

    It's also claiming I have like no play time when I very obviously have many saves.. and claiming I've not uploaded anything to the gallery. It's like erased all my data without warrant

    Hi there peydum 

    If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.
