I keep having these issues, and it is so upsetting. I spoke with an EA agent via message on EA, and they told me everything that I have been doing. I uninstalled the app, cleared my cache, and did everything, and I mean everything, but it is not my internet.
I'm having the same issue, too! Just reached out to someone to see if there's anything else I could try, but it seems that a lot of people are having the same issue with no solution yet.
