After i've created my sims they disapper
I removed my mods, deleted the game, repaired, deleted my cache and i'm just not sure what to do at this point to fix this.

probably not, Macs don't usually have antivirus program unless you install one. Could still be a permission problem so you might need a Mac user to help you.
