After loading a house on the gallery, the game gets stuck in tab

Issue Whenever I load in a house from the gallery, the game gets stuck in TAB mode. Steps I took for Issue to occur - I made a sim - Put them on an empty lot - Went into build mode - Load...

UPDATE:
I updated all of my mods, but since the creator of the UI cheats extension mod stopped updating the mod in 2018, thats what broke my game. So I deleted it, and it works now!

@hannyeisen You should try downloading The Sims on another app; like Origin, etc.
