Game not launching with CC, then sometimes does?

I have been debugging for hours and managed to remove some “corrupted” save files and old mods. So I’m in the process of reintroducing everything and when adding back my CC, it sometimes launches & sometimes doesn’t, WITH NOTHING CHANGING. I have deleted the localtumb thingy multiple times, enabled & disabled mods (in game). I don’t understand why it sometimes launches? I just want to add all my CC & mods back  (I have been doing this for 4+ hours).

I’m also not even sure if those mod & save files were corrupted, as apparently my sims has a mind of its own when it does & doesn’t want to launch.
