Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hi all,

I haven't played my sims early this year! Life has gotten in the way. But I've just had surgery and while I'm off work and resting what better way to fill my time than playing the great game. However I've logged on today and all my packs are missing. I'm running sims on my Mac through the EA App. I've followed lots of other online advice, cleared cache, repaired the game etc etc they are still not showing in my market place, they are saying unowned under my last saved game and are not showing for me to download only buy. Can anyone help please I have around 15 packs missing! help!!
