Hello
When I opened Sims 4 today (and updated it), after not playing for a couple of months, was everything I've saved since 2017 gone. All my sims and different worlds - can I please get them back.
When I go to Documents->electronic arts->sims 4->saves is the file empty.

All of my expansion packs claim they need to be purchased but two of my old saves prove I had them! I can't get into those saved games because they're saying they require the expansion packs I used on them. So I don't know the issue but I don't think it'a fair at all if I have to spend all that money all over again☹️

I had the same issue and I can't seem to pass any tests to get my account in order did you ever get your issue resolved? I need help as well.
