repaired loads of times, cleared cache nothing loaded properly.

I have repaired on EA games so many times and not working uninstalled and reinstalled. Sims will loaded but I cant do everything I normally could before. I'm not tech savvy so I have no clue what to do, I'v done the help and clear the cache. Installed and reinstalled.
