Sims4

It’s started for almost two weeks. Here and there when I play Sims4 I get multiple saves in my save file instead of just one. I only save once and then, if I need to again I’ll delete it IN THE FOLDER then I’ll save it and there’s one everytime cause I go back in everytime I feel like I should save it. Also, for mcc command center when I go to relationships and then add relationships no title of a relative pops up like normally. I never did anything when it wasn’t happening or I don’t remember but this isn’t the first time and it doesn’t happen often.
