big problem
hi, my sims dont work, i can not create new family and i deleted my family and it not complitely gone and i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still dont work. i have a error code, the kod is 00000008:00000000000000c8

Hannish05 that error code is an issue with the SDX updates in the game, when Maxis add content outside of a patch. It can be caused by antivirus or something else blocking the update.
