@2a99f8ff0fa91a66d18466db58be1c88 Just checking, but can you confirm that no mods are loading when you play? Sometimes when people use cloud storage (OneDrive, iCloud), the service can redownload previously deleted files in Documents, which in thie case could include the mods and other Sims 4 content you removed.
If that's not the issue, please clear Origin's cache:
https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
If that doesn't help either, please let me know what game version you're running. You can see the number at the Main Menu, either along the bottom of the screen or in the lower right corner. Please list the entire number, i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.
@puzzlezaddictSo I removed the mods and made sure they were not downloaded on my iCloud. Cleared the Origin Cache and repaired the game but the problem persists. Per the URL's instruction I only removed Origins Download Cache, should I also remove the Catalogue Cache?
My game version is 1.77.131.1230
(I'm using a MacBook Retina 15" Early 2013)

@2a99f8ff0fa91a66d18466db58be1c88 I didn't realize you had a Mac. Please instead run the Origin reset tool:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
before repairing.

Can you set up a new user account on your Mac and see if you can play in that account - https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/mac-help/mtusr001/mac
