I got Sims4 a while back and used the code to get it on my 2012 Mac, I recently got a 2017 Mac, and wanted to use the same code to download it onto my new Mac. But its not letting me use the same code twice, is there any way I can use it again?
Product codes can only be used once as they will be bound to the account you used it on.

Can you log into Origin using the same account details you used to originally purchase the game? Then navigate to your Games Library and download Sims 4 from there.
