Can't download add-ons on my MAC?

Question

Ok so idk if anyone had this problem before.

I started playing the Sims on a Windows PC and now switched to a MAC. I was able to download almost all on my add-ons and packs/kits with the exception of the following 4: Get to work, Fashion Street, Jungle Adventure and Luxury Party. I would understand this problem if I bought the add-ons on disc but if I remember correctly I actually downloaded all of the above on Origin/the EA-App.

I searched the EA-app ans EA-Support for answers but I just can't seem to find a solution. That's why I thought about asking on this platform.

Please excuse any mistakes! English is not my first language :)

I forgot to mention that the EA-App states that the games stated above are only "available on windows" but i could easily download other packs I bought on the app on my windows PC?

kryenni&nbsp; Did you get these packs for free through Epic a couple years ago?&nbsp; Any content owned through Epic is Windows-only.&nbsp; It wasn't supposed to be usable in Origin, but that worked for a while.
