Changes to Camera.ini doesn't prevent camera drift

Yep, that’s how BBEdit works, the files are loaded when you open it but you can click on the little X’s next to each one in the left sidebar of the app to close them. You can use TextEdit to open the files too.

You can set up right click with two fingers in System Settings > Mouse/Trackpad (whichever one you use) . It’s called Secondary click.

TS4 camera has always been like that but changing the value in the Camera.ini file should have helped.
