Changes to Camera.ini doesn't prevent camera drift

@Bluebellflora Hi, When I opened BBEdit yesterday to open Options.ini, I was surprised to see that Camera.ini was still open. This is mostly because when you completely quit the app, all files close ...

Yes, I meant to add that even though I tried using the TS3 camera it still was bouncy.

A lot of us wish EA would change this. A bouncy camera doesn't help. It's jarring and disorienting.
