"City Living" world missing ;'(

Every time I join Sims 4 and open up my worlds the City Living world doesn't show up I've deleted the Sims 4 app off of Origin and installed it again, repaired Sims 4, redownloaded the City Living pa...

    Sigh ☹️ At this point I think a complete uninstall and reinstall of Origin and the game should be carried out....

    1. Rename the current Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts. Just add "backup" or something after the file name.
    2. Uninstall the game using Origin (right click on the game in your Origin game library and select uninstall)
    3. Manually uninstall Origin making sure to get rid of every single file listed and trash the app afterwards https://bluebellflora.com/how-to-uninstall-origin-on-a-mac/
    4. Empty the trash and restart your Mac
    5. Re-download Origin https://www.ea.com/origin-for-mac
    6. Log into Origin and make sure automatic updates is unchecked
    7. Download and install the base game and then City Living, no other packs or content that you may have.
    8. Load the game and fingers crossed!

I did see your previous thread. Thank you for both of those websites to try helping with my issue, But unfortunately neither of the websites/ links you sent have helped me retract the folder I deleted PERMANENTLY for my missing world pack in the Sims 4 game.

So a repair hasn't worked in Origin and neither has trashing the EP folder in the Sims 4 Packs folder? When you trashed it you should have had the Download button showing under the pack in Origin.

Could you post a screenshot of the EP in your Origin games library?

    Neither of those solutions have worked, although when I did trash the EP folder it did show the download button, I redownloaded it and the EP still wasn't present/opened in the Sims 4 when I opened up the game.

      Really strange. Could you post a screenshot of the map screen in-game showing all your worlds too.

      Did you purchase City Living? I think it may have been available as a free trial a while ago.

        I know it's really strange i honestly don't know what to do anymore lol. I did purchase the City Living. I'll include the screenshots of the map screen showing all my worlds as well as the order history showing I did buy the EP.
