When you mention "worlds" do you mean saves and the Lots and Households she has created? Or do you mean worlds such as Willow Creek, San Myshuno, Nordhaven, San Sequoia etc? Worlds come with various packs and would indicate that some packs were installed on your Mac that weren't installed on hers.
On my laptop she did not even have a local user account so there was no "saved" data in her account
The saved user data such as saves etc. would have been stored by the game in your Documents folder then in the Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 folder.
and she had to reinstall all of the Sims4 games and packs the worlds she found weren't local.
The Sims 4 folder, as referenced above, contains all the user data that makes the game unique to the player. The game installation is set in EA App and is the base game and purchased Packs (DLC), the default install location is in the system Applications folder. The game installation is not to be confused with the user data TS4 folder. Purchased packs are tied to the EA account and not the local machine.
