Cursor not moving or letting me play Sims 4 at all and it keeps freezing

Does anyone know how to fix this? I've been having this issue for a while now where whenever I try to open the sims it will freeze, and then I'll press windows and it'll repeat when I re-click on it....

I’ve had something similar idk if it’s exactly the same as ur but I js locked my laptop and opened it again and it kinda goes the the frame it’s supposed to be at sorry if this wasn’t ur issue at all

    ItzApollobully​  This is kinda similar to mine cause if i close it and open it again it'll move along a bit. Did you ever get yours fixed?
