duplicate sims 4 game

I was checking what was taking up so much storage and I saw that theres another sims game. I know that I recently moved this to applications because I thought it was my current, but now there are two, but the (v1) hasn't been touched since 2023 as my macbook says. Please help! Do I delete or keep it? It's taking up double the storage though and my storage is literally full.
