EA Error Message on Startup

Hello!
I've never had this issue until today, a pop up saying 'Cannot start because game data is missing or damaged.' showed up...
Using the 50/50 method (for a while) I narrowed it down to this specific file being the issue:

AcanthusSims_AF_FourCurlsTall1770sCoiffure

I've tried simfileshare AND the drive (found here), but neither file version worked... I don't know what happened, any idea of how I can get an uncorrupted(?) or working file of this hair?
