Expansion Pack not appearing, can’t download

I just merged two of my ea accounts, one account had the sims and the other had the Cats and Dogs expansion. The merge worked but Cats and Dogs is not appearing in game or in my “add-ons” in the library. However, when I open the sims, the “store” section on the homescreen shows that I own the expansion and that I just need to download it, which is strange because… there appears to be no way for me to download it. Any fixes?
