Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Please help me! I’ve bought some expansion packs and stuff packs on the EA App, at the beginning I haven’t had problems, but since last week I can’t find all the things I bought anymore! I’ve tried to contact the official help but it turned out being useless. What am I supposed to do now? I’ve already paid for it and I don’t know if I’ll ever have my money back!
