Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hi! I just updated my sims 4 game on my pc and my packs are now missing and the game is saying I don’t own any. 
I’ve checked the account twice so I’m sure I’m on the same one, as well as repaired the game so I’m not sure what to do at this point. I had a lot of packs and I don’t want to rebuy them when I already bought them. Please help!
