All add ons gone

Hi there!

I uninstalled The Sims 4 back in April and have recently installed it again. I went to check and manage my add ons for the game but there is nothing there. 

For some background info, I had brought my packs through both the EA app and Steam. I had those accounts linked so that I could access all of my packs.

I have already tried the "manage add ons" process but the button for it doesn't even show up.

Please please help me... I have spent a large amount of money on this game.
