Frame drop on MacBook

Hi,

I have this issue where my sims 4 randomly drops frames and becomes pretty laggy. I'm playing on an M3 Pro with 36Gb of ram so I really do not think my MacBook is the issue. I know my video card is unrecognized but I don't know how to fix it. Is this the cause of the issue or is it something else?
