Frequent freezing

I have all of the packs.  No mods.  After the recent updates with bug fixes, by game frequently freezes.  I ended up starting an entirely new game to see if that changed anything, but it did not.  It happens while doing all random activities, nothing in particular that I have noticed sets it off.  Also while building in my new game,  I now have windows frequently disappearing from my house, as well as the inability to change the fence around my stairs to a half wall.  It would not let me place the half wall until after I completely exited the game and restarted my computer and game.  It is very frustrating.  I also do frequent "repairs" to see if that helps but it does not.  Please help!
