Gallery Won't Connect in Game. It says I am offline but I am not.

I don't know but I've just updated it.What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all of them installed. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Maybe try going offline and then back on?What happens when the bug occurs? It just says my gallery won't work because I'm offline but I'm not.What do you expect to see? A working gallery. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? @SimmerAbby03 do you also have Origin running, and can you tell if that is in online mode or offline too? Maybe you have a firewall blocking The Sims 4 from connecting to the Internet?

I tried the origin reset tool and it did nothing. I have a version. 10.14.3, MacBook Air (13-inch, early 2015) 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7 is the processor. I have 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 for my memory. I have Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB. I play the normal version of the game. I am not running an antivirus anymore. I have tried repair game but it hasn't done anything. I used to use CC and Mods but I deleted them ages ago.&nbsp;

@SimmerAbby03  Update your OS to 10.14.6 and see if that helps. You can do so through System Preferences.
