game broken (?)
for a few months now i have not been able to play the sims 4 properly-
i open up the game and everything is fine, only for a few minutes. after a few minutes the game completely freezes. which then i'm unable to switch between tabs on my laptop or do anything at all so i then have to force shut down my laptop.
i've done so many things in attempt to fix this, such as:
- remove/delete all mods
- repair the game
- delete and reinstall the game
- update the game
none of these things have worked and at this point i have no idea what else to do to get the game to work.
i really need help so any advice would be appreciated!! ๐
