Game broken

Hi,

My game just freaks out after I start playing, like i'll only see the terrain paint and sometimes just streaks and black screen (see pics). Sometimes it happens after i switch floors, sometimes just when i move around and right when i start playing. When it glitches i can sometimes move around and sometimes change the time but i can never close the game, i have to shut my computer off. The first time i happened my entire computer crashed. I thought i fixed it when i recovered my save as it worked for a couple plays but now it's happening again. I don't remember exactly when it happened the first time but it was after the new year and it didn't work when the blast of the past event started.

Currently i do have mods but I did remove them before the same happened so that shouldn't be it and only added them back after i thought my game was fixed and it didn't break until today. 

I'm trying to figure it out myself but might as well post here because I'm not sure if I will manage to do so.
