Game Crashes When Traveling to Lots in Willow Creek

Any and every time I try to travel to one of the community lots on that strip of them in Willow Creek, my game crashes. I can't travel to the museum, night club, gym, or library. Every single time I try to my game crashes. I've just had to abandon Willow Creek all together.
