I've played ts4 on my MacBook Air for a month now after reinstalling it. I never had any problems playing it with mods or cc. Yesterday i bought myself the lovestruck ep and after opening my save file the screen froze and didn't move again, and it did so everytime after i force quit the game and ran it again. I tried deleting all my mods (but leaving the cas cc) and it still did it. Then i removed all the cc i downloaded before running the game with lovestruck but it still continued to do it. I also repaired the game on the EA app and deleted the cache, I even deleted my save file and made a new one because i thought it might've been a corrupted, but it still kept doing it in a new save?
Hi! Unfortunately I can't give you a solution, but I want to say that I just posted a discussion with a similar problem. I tried running a completely *naked* game (no mods, no CC) - no change.
yeah, i tried running it like that too and after a while it froze again and didn't work anymore. it's so frustrating.
today i can't even get into the game. it crashes after i've already gone to save and want to start my family.
if i have any updates and progress i'll let you know!
