Hi, so this has been an issue for about a month and a half now.
When I open the EA app to run the Sims 4, the EA app simply minimizes and reopens without actually opening the game at all, even though it says "last time played: Today". I have deleted all mods and custom content, and tried reopening the game, but it does the same thing, just minimizes and opens. I tried using the repair feature, does the same thing. I have tried deleting cache, going offline, deleting the Sims and redownloading it, and even deleting the EA app itself and redownloading it, and it still does the same thing. I have been on the live chat with EA, and they can't help from their side, and everything has been sent to other people to try and resolve the issue. I want to keep playing this game, but it's been almost 2 months of the same issues, and unfortunately, I have spent money on it, and im just over it. I just want to play the game.
