Game hasnt worked for 3 months, freezes on loading screen

Having the same problem I've been having since the January updates. I can only play on my home lot, if I try to travel anywhere else my game freezes on the loading screen. You can hear the sound from the game running in the back but I can't see or do anything. I've played on old saves, new saves, idk how to fix it anymore! PLS help
