When I get into the game give that could. when create new game or character load the game it still tells me restart it now when I delete it still happen it has happen for a while since you just update the game so I can also send you a video if you like please help i have not played game in while because of this bug>

i have done so many of the fixes that i cant even remember what ones including a completely new fresh game all it does is load to first screen then crashes no matter what i do so frustrating with so many links saying try this or that or this i have played sims for 7 years and now it is all gone and no one wants to walk you through it it all on your own
