Game Won't Launch - Tried every thing 😭

Since last Saturday, March 22, my game won't launch. I've tried everything.

I've deleted the cache, deleted all mods, deleted save files, uninstalled and reinstalled the Sims 4 game. Nothing works!

I'm at my wits' end. I've read everything I can find on the EA help center. Nothing is working!

Have I just completely lost my game forever?! 😭

I’m having the same exact problem - did you fix it? If so, what did you do?

Yes, I found a solution late in the day yesterday.
I went into the EA folder and named the Sims 4 folder "OLD Sims 4" which made the game create a whole new folder. Once I was sure it would launch, I copied the save files over and deleted the "OLD Sims 4" folder.
