add: did the game ever work? Do you have the disc ip in the dvd drive?
I have no cc/mods. the last time i played this game was on a pc and now im trying to play it through origin on my macbook air which does not have a disc drive, i downloaded the game. but yes the game worked on my pc.
Plus I have the sims 4 on my mac and it works perfectly fine
@allisonmoss The DRM used in TS3 is different then the DRM used in TS4. What is the version of the game. I'm going the move this post to the sims mac forum.
