Help! I have two problems! My sims 4 won't work!

Ok, so I have two problems. #1 is that my sims 4 game won't open. I go on origin and click Sims4 then click Play. Origin then closes but opens again and sims4 is no where to be seen. Keep in mind tha...

    @Bluebellflora The method did not work. However, I looked at your mac thread on Sims 4 and the method of logging out then logging back in Did work! Thanks SOOO Much! You are a life saver <3 🙂
