HELP!! Sims 4 crashing on MacBook Pro

Question

I updated my MacBook to the new macOS Tahoe, without realizing it was going to wipe my save history! After fiddling around to try to get my stuff back, I finally gave up and decided to just restart. However, now my Sims won't even run long enough to let me make a character, let alone build a world or do anything on the gaming platform. It keeps crashing, which doesn't save and then I restart. This is EXTREMELY frustrating (obvi). Can someone please help??

Updating your Mac to Tahoe does not wipe your saves but changes to internal storage and iCloud can&nbsp;

Can you be more explicit? Any error messages? Which exact model Mac do you have - find out by clicking on Apple &gt; About This Mac.
