my sims game is telling me I own these packs and that its not downloaded. idk how to navigate with this new update what do I do??

nadiaxv786 If your packs are showing as installed in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, but they're not loading in-game, please see the accepted solution of this thread:
