cAN someone PLEASE HELP ME  okay so btw im new but ive havent played sims 4 for a few months now so i bought it back log in downloaded it and played and i created a family and then after i was placing them in a home the game started gliching liek it keeps saying error we recommed restarting the. game and so i did and it kept doing it so i repair it and played again the family wouldnt pop up and then i went to load game and i pressed it and the name of the family and worlds were all www it was like a hack or a glitch and all it keeps telling me to do is restart the game this has been going on for HOURS please help me
