Hello,

I have a problem with my custom content (CC) in The Sims 4. Mods work fine, but CC does not show up in the game. I have already tried the following solutions:

Enabled mods and CC in the game settings.

Placed CC files in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.

Checked that the files are in .package format.

Deleted localthumbcache.package and cleared cache files.

Tested with only one CC file in the Mods folder.

Verified that my game is up to date.

Reinstalled the game completely.

Despite trying all these steps, the CC still does not appear in the game. How can

 I fix this issue?
